Put a drop of super glue on the tip of the nail.





For those of you that don't know, super glue was created for field surgery in Viet Nam.I cut my rats nail 2 short now hes bleeding help me please?
Never cut your rats nails, they may grow fairly long, but thats ok, also have a speacial log for chewing on to help his teeth





If the bleeding does not stop, vet ASAP, for now, put a kleenex of toilet paper on his foot to create a clot, and keeping add the paper (dont remove the old ones

He will be fine, this thing happens usually with rabbits, and dogs, you just hit his quick. Get some flour and dab it on his toe, it will stop the bleeding. When you can, go to the vets or pet store and get nitro sticks, or quick pouder that coderizes the quick to stop bleeding.

He'll be okay. Hurts a bit, but will heal. There are products in the pet store you can buy to help with the coterization, but flour works pretty near as well. Anything that will coagulate the blood and stop the flow.

The bleeding WILL stop,although it may bleed profusely,its nowhere near enough to harm him! Applying Plain flour or corn starch helps to slow down the bleeding,otherwise it will just stop on its own.

yes he will be fine. if you don't have a product that will stop the bleeding, like something called ';Quick Stop';, you can use flour in the meantime.
Use flower to stop the bleeding. watch her close make sure the blood clots and stops this is only temporary bsure to take to a vet dont risk infection
