Where at the train station is the flying rat in gta4?

I can not find the one up in the rafters at the train station on the first island to start the game. Any help would be awesome.Where at the train station is the flying rat in gta4?
well... when u see a train u shoot it then throw a grenade at ur feet and kill urself. and the next time u see tht train it will be on top of it. Good luck
