poisoning will just send them into the walls of your house to die and stink it up. trapping is okay but the traps they sell at the store are usually too weak to stop a big norway rat. a cheap walmart gamo big cat or crosman quest will do the trick but you have to shoot them in the head or chest area. a pallet gun in .22cal would be better though.Problems with rats, anyone got a Airgun for sale?
for rats buy a cheap blowgun they are really effective at close range and for slightly longer range buy like a powerline 901 from dasy and i reccomend beeman .177 lasers, gamo raptors(pba),gamo .177 pba armor pellets and gamo .177 hunter pellets
AS crude as this sounds, Capture 1 alive put it in a cage some where that other rats can't get to and let it starve to death!! The rest will leave and not come back!!I learned this from a Quaker farmer in pa.

You really need to poison or trap them. They can breed quicker than you can shoot them.
get a steyr ssg 69 p2 sniper its kickass and its only euro80.00 and it beats so many more expensive snipers ive ever used. IT REALLY IS KICKASS FOR THE PRICE
