I have a wharf rat living in my laundry room. How can I get rid of it?

He has already eaten 9 boxes of mouse prof. He's too big for a mouse trap.I have a wharf rat living in my laundry room. How can I get rid of it?

use the rat baits and put out a dish of water the bait explodes the stomach with added water or take bread and add some vanilla and a little water and on the slice add two tablespoons of boric acid thats roach proof from the dollar store and mix in to balls they eat that and see the other side
Rat trap baited with peanut butter. Keep a tather on the trap.
go out and buy the biggest trap for rats that will work and then put cheese in it and your problem will be gone
Well if poisons and traps fail the only option left is to put gloves on and catch it.Eather that or catch it some other way.Like throw a container on it and scoop it up.
MIX equal parts of plaster of paris with icing sugar. place in a bowl. give to rat. plaster sets with water. if you don't crap you die. rat is constipated to death.
get one big bad cat and don't feed it until it gets the rat.pure organic, pure nature...
