Tri Colored Rats - Is this possible?

I've noticed rats normally come in a solid color or in 2 colors and I'm a fan of Tri colored things. (cats/dogs/ect) I've yet to find a Tri colored rat at a pet store.





My school bred rats for pet stores and I asked the teacher if we could get Tri colored ones and he told me it was possible. But it never happened.Tri Colored Rats - Is this possible?
i have a fancy rat.


she is black and white with a very tiny marking of dark brown.

i have a three legged female tri coloured rat she was the onlt tri coloured out of 7 generations of solid white rats she is all brown but she has black and white into her fur along with some creme and orange and its not spotted either wich is odd for her breed so we kep her as a pet
Agouti (a very common color) is basically tri-colored. Black and brown fur is mixed and there's also some white/light grey on them.
yes it it possible. My rat Twilight used to be just black and white but as she got older she started to get brown hair. Yes it is possible
I have never seen nor heard of a tri-colored rat. I think they're either one color (self) or two colors (marked)
theyre are many different colored rats, it is possible but doesnt happen that often
